Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day you receive the goods (Italian Consumer Code).
Returns within 30 days
In addition, for all customers, CDR Climbing Gear accepts returns without any explanation within 30 days of the purchase date. The return applies to all the goods in the order.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Write to us at cdr.climb.gear@gmail.com (or on WhatsApp at +39 329 8832432) giving your order number and your wish to return the goods. You can use this text: “I, the undersigned [first and last name], hereby withdraw from the sales contract for the following goods: [products], ordered on [date], received on [date], order number [number]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”
How to return the goods
The goods must be sent back to: CDR Climbing Gear, Via dei Trevisan 3, 32032 Feltre (BL), Italy, within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal. The cost of return shipping is borne by the person making the return.
Condition of the goods
Products must be intact, complete with packaging, and unused and not installed: as this is safety equipment, a product showing signs of use or installation cannot be fully refunded. The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to check their nature and operation.
Refund
The refund includes the price paid and the standard shipping costs paid at purchase, and is made within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back.
Defective products
If a product is defective or non-conforming, the 24-month legal guarantee described in the Terms and conditions of sale applies, with costs borne by us.
