2. Scope
These terms govern the distance sale of the products offered on the website https://cdr-climbing-gear.com. A “consumer” is a natural person who buys for purposes unrelated to their trade or profession; a “professional” is anyone who buys for purposes related to their business activity (for example with a VAT number). By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms.
3. Products
CDR Climbing Gear sells technical equipment for mountaineering and climbing. The main features of each product are given on its product page. Photos are indicative. For kits, the products included and their quantities are listed in the description. Availability is as shown on the website at the time of the order.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and, for consumers, include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. Payment is made with the methods shown at checkout. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay.
5. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when CDR Climbing Gear sends the order confirmation by email. If a product is unavailable or in case of an obvious price error, CDR Climbing Gear may cancel the order and fully refund any amount paid.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

9. Safety and use of the products
The products are technical equipment to be used only by people with the necessary experience and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Before each use the product must be inspected and must not be used if it shows damage, deformation or corrosion. Incorrect installation or use may cause serious injury or death. Liability that cannot be excluded by law remains unaffected.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction; for professionals, the Court of Belluno has jurisdiction.
